Uploading questions, answers, or a rubric? Read these two rules
One type per PDF. A PDF must contain only multiple-choice questions or only free-response questions. If yours has both, split it into two PDFs before uploading.
Answers stay with their questions. If your PDF includes an answer key or scoring rubric, it must live inside the same PDF as the questions, whether interleaved or in a section at the end. Separate “answer-key only” files won’t be linked back to your questions.

Before you buy: will CiNotes run on your calculator?
On your calculator press 2ND then +, then 1 for About. Read the OS version under the calculator's name:
5.4.x or lower — works as-is. Nothing to do.
5.5.0 or newer — one free two-minute setup first (arTIfiCE, sometimes called “jailbreaking”). It doesn't modify your OS.
Plug in your calculator with the USB charging cable. Open the free TI Connect CE app on your computer and drag both files into it.
Run the program
Press PRGM, select HWID, and press ENTER twice. It prints your Calculator ID on the screen.
Getting ERR:INVALID instead of your Calculator ID?
Your calculator needs the free one-time arTIfiCE setup before it can open CiNotes. You may have heard this called “jailbreaking,” but it doesn't modify your operating system and you can undo it by deleting one file.
