Check your calculator before you pay
CiNotes runs on the TI-84 Plus CE and the CE Python Edition. Newer operating systems need one free setup step first. It takes fifteen seconds to find out which one you have.
- Press 2ND then + to open the memory menu.
- Press 1 for About.
- Read the number under the calculator’s name. Press CLEAR when you’re done.

Uploading questions with an answer key? Two rules.
- One question type per PDF. All multiple-choice, or all free-response. If a PDF has both, split it into two files first. Each file is priced on its own.
- Answers go in the same PDF as their questions. Mixed in or all at the end are both fine. A separate answer-key-only file can’t be matched back to the questions.

Questions people ask first
Does the calculator need Wi-Fi or a phone?
No. Once the files are on it, everything runs on the calculator itself. You need a computer and the USB cable once, to send the files over.
Which calculators work?
The TI-84 Plus CE and the TI-84 Plus CE Python Edition. It doesn’t run on the black-and-white TI-84 Plus, the TI-83, or the TI-84 Plus C Silver Edition. If your OS is 5.5 or newer, there’s one free setup step first. Check yours.
What if my PDF is a scan, or handwritten?
Clear scans usually come through fine. Messy handwriting and blurry phone photos are hit or miss. If we can’t read enough of a document, the order is refunded automatically instead of sending you half a set.
How long does it take?
Most orders arrive within a few minutes. A long PDF can take up to an hour, and if something goes wrong and it runs past that, you’re refunded automatically. Right after you pay, you get a link where you can watch it being built.
Can I put the same notes on a friend’s calculator?
Yes. Every order covers setup for one calculator. Share the ZIP and your Reference Code, and your friend adds their calculator for $2.99 to $20.00, depending on how long the original PDF was. Nobody uploads anything again. This works for PDF orders. Add a calculator
What if something comes out wrong?
Your delivery includes an editable copy of your notes. Fix the text there and request new calculator files. Corrections to your original material don’t cost anything extra.
What happens to my files?
We delete them once your order is delivered. To build the notes, an AI service reads your document under a zero-data-retention agreement, so it isn’t stored or used for training. The privacy policy lists every service involved.
